Tracer Inquiry

The Tracer Inquiry option may be used to do any of the following:

• View the current status of a tracer
• View the current comments of a tracer
• Add new comments to an existing tracer
• View the carton detail of the order
• View the associates that have email notification for the tracer in question

• F6 (Users to Email) allows you to view the associates marked for email notification

• F7 (Detail Info) allows you to view the carton detail for each carton

• After adding new comments press Enter
• You will have the ability to mark the Transportation Specialist for email notification again
• It is important to alert Transportation when new comments are added
• Ensure the BP Note is updated with any new information on the Tracer
