• What email address for IPS Event orders?

• What are the general guidelines for IPS Event orders?
• Event Order Guidelines:
  • Please submit order at least 2 weeks prior to event date to ensure delivery by need-by date.
  • All orders are subject to credit approval prior to shipment. Allow 24 hours for credit approval before order entry.
  • IPS Event orders are subject to the customer’s normal IPS terms and freight policy.

• What information is required for IPS Event orders?
• All IPS Event orders require the below information:
  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • Ship to Address (drop ship)
  • PO Number
  • Actual Event Date
  • Need- by Date
  • EAN
  • Quantity
  • Applicable Promo Code

• Will a confirmation be sent once order has been processed?
• Order confirmation will be sent via email to party from which PO was received or as otherwise requested.

• Will tracking information be sent once order has shipment?
• Tracking information will be available via ipage or may be sent via email upon request.

• Are event order title returnable?
• All items purchased for Event orders are returnable at customer’s expense. Non-returnable     accounts must call for return authorization prior to returning product.

• Will customer receive free freight for IPS Event orders?
• IPS Event orders are eligible for FF from any DC if minimum quantity is met.

• How are issues handled that need immediate attention from IPS Events Team?
• If a customer/sales rep has an issue that needs addressed urgently (i.e. cancel order, same day shipping) a call, rather than email, should be made to ensure that immediate attention is given.

• What is turnaround time for submitting IPS Event orders?
• The IPS Events Team work email orders in order received within 24 hrs. of receipt. Orders submitted after warehouse cut off times will ship following business day.

• Can we process drop ship IPS Event orders?
• Drop ship IPS event orders equal to or greater than 15 units will be processed to ship via free UPS Ground shipping, with the customer being responsible for expedited shipping. (Only available in lower 48 states).

• Can we process drop ship IPS Event orders less than 15 units?
• Drop ship event orders less than 15 units will be processed to ship via UPS Ground shipping with the customer being responsible for the shipping charges, this includes expedited shipping. The shipping charges will be the published shipping rate for any carrier selected. (Only available in lower 48 states).

• Is drop shipping available through Shop Jackson?
• Any order requiring drop shipment from Jackson will be processed using the existing bill only process. The order will ship with the returnability setting on the account.
